Privacy policy
Last updated October 5, 2026
This policy explains how Scoros International, Inc. ("Scoros", "we"), handles personal information collected through scoros.com.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect what you send: your name, email address and anything you include in your message, such as your company, company size and role. We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and our fonts are hosted on our own site rather than loaded from a third party. Like any website host, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, discuss a possible engagement and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our contact form, Cloudflare Pages (hosting) and Tally (forms), and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form inquiries for up to two years after our last exchange with you, then delete them. If an inquiry leads to working together, we keep it with our business records for as long as that relationship and our legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by using our contact form. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, for example California or the European Union, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honor them where they apply.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
